It is the bar at the very top of this page. Sticky, so it follows you. Hover or click Our Services and the menu opens with one simple choice: Residential or Commercial. Pick one and its service list slides in. Point at a service, like Roof or Gutters, and its pages and photo show up right next to it, with a back button to switch sides. Some spots already show real job photos; the dashed boxes are waiting for more CompanyCam photos. The green Instant Online Estimate button is the fast lane, and Call and Text are always one tap away. On smaller screens it all becomes the hamburger menu, with Residential Services and Commercial Services as two simple fold-out lists, plus the Call and Text bar at the bottom of the screen. It works with a keyboard too: Tab moves through it, the arrow keys walk the service list, Escape closes it.
The first screen of every page, right above these notes. The headline carries the search phrase, the form sits on the right, and real job photos crossfade behind a faint overlay. The star rating in the corner is your real Google number.
The receipts. Numbers count up when you scroll to them. Every page swaps in its own numbers: city pages show real jobs in that city, commercial pages show the 86-task process. Never a number we cannot back up.

Real numbers from real jobs.

Lifetime workmanship warranty on every job.* GAF Master Elite Certified.
The closer for leak pages only: emergency, roof repair, and storm content. Watch the water rise inside the letters. Scroll away and back to replay it.
The recruiting twin of the closer. Same energy, different ask. Lives on the Careers page and the About page.
We’re always looking for professional roof installers, project managers, drone pilots, and more. If you take pride in your work and clean up your job site, we should talk.

For the visitor with water coming in right now. Deliberately dark in both themes so it never blends in. The full band goes on pages where emergencies land; the slim one-line version below it rides above the footer on every page.
Worried about your roof?
Simply give us a call. We'll get to you as soon as possible. Same-day inspections.
FYI: we might need access to your crawl space inside your home.
A straight question gets a straight answer with real numbers, based on our own jobs. This is what wins the Google answer box. The curly-brace dollar spots wait on your real averages and your OK to publish them.

Size, pitch, material, and solar panels move the number. Your exact price comes from a free inspection, and the estimate takes us 3 minutes and 46 seconds.
The five steps light up one after another as they come into view. The steps stay the same site-wide. The process is the brand.
How we get the job done
We meet with you to understand your needs, walk your property, and answer any questions.
Our team performs a drone-powered inspection and documents any issues with photos and notes.
We build a detailed project plan: materials, timeline, and clear pricing options. Your estimate takes 3:46 on average.
Our certified crews get to work with a project manager on site, staying on schedule and keeping disruption to a minimum.
We do a final walkthrough, hand over your warranty, and make sure you’re 100% satisfied. You shouldn’t find a nail anywhere.
Three packages, zero prices on screen, zero upgrade line items. The middle card wears the most-picked badge. Under them: the honest math block that sells the longer-lasting roof without pressure.

Honest math
A 50-year roof costs less per year than a 30-year roof. And you only pay for one tear-off instead of two.
Only if it fits your budget, though. The Essential is still a great roof with the same lifetime workmanship warranty*. Financing can spread it out.
Radical transparency as a design piece. Hover or tap the pages and they fan out. Real (redacted) estimate pages replace the sketches.
Every price, every option, every answer, before you sign anything. Built and delivered in 3 minutes 46 seconds on average.

Drag the handle. These are real drone photos from the apartment complex job: deck stripped and staged, then the finished roof. Works by touch, mouse, or keyboard arrows. Photo rule going forward: fly the before shot and the after shot from the same spot and angle, so the slider lines up perfectly.
The old roof comes off, the new one goes on, forever. This is our loading animation: it plays while the cost calculator builds your range or a form submits.
Building your roof
What makes the city pages feel real instead of cloned: the real job count in that city from your CompanyCam data, plus one highlight job per city. Sample data shown.
Sandy, Utah
done in Sandy and counting. Odds are we’ve already been on your street. (sample count - real number pulls from the Jobs Hub)

Short one-liner about the job: what it was, how fast, what the homeowner said. No names, no addresses.
Two lanes drifting in opposite directions: services in solid, cities in outline. A rhythm breaker between heavy sections. It goes still for visitors who prefer reduced motion.
The quiet trust strip: certification badges and verified license numbers. The dashed boxes wait on the official badge files from your GAF and CertainTeed portals.
Every page pulls 5 to 8 questions from our research bank. The first sentence answers straight, in bold. That is what Google grabs for the answer box.
Straight answers, no salesman spin. Ask us anything else by call or text.
Most residential roofs are done in about a day. Our crew starts in the morning, and by evening the old roof is gone and the new one is on. Bigger or steeper roofs can take two to three days. You get a clear timeline with your estimate, before any work starts.
It should not be messy at all. We wrap your home in our Catch‑All system, a skirt that protects your landscaping, your kids’ toys, and your driveway. When we finish, we sweep the whole yard with magnets. You shouldn’t find a nail anywhere, and we don’t leave trash behind.
No, most of the work happens outside. We might need access to your attic or crawl space during the inspection, but after that you can go about your day. A project manager stays on site the whole time, and we photograph everything, so you always know what happened on your roof.
Yes, panels come down so the roof can come off. Unlike some roofing companies, we are licensed for solar work as well as roofing. That means one company takes the panels down, replaces the roof, and puts them back, rather than you hiring two companies and hoping they talk to each other.
If your roof is younger than about 15 years and the damage is small, a repair usually makes more sense. If shingles are failing everywhere or the roof is near the end of its life, replacement saves money long term. Our inspectors don’t earn commission, so you get the honest answer either way. Not sure? Take the 60‑second quiz.
Have a question we didn’t answer? Call or text (801) 252‑5124 and ask a real person.
Monthly payment framing plus a short ask form. The credit range is optional on purpose, and the no-credit-impact line stays flagged until Sunlight confirms the soft pull.
Financing
We work with Sunlight Financial to offer up to 35 financing options, so the question is not "can I afford a roof" but "which plan fits my budget". Heroes discount applies either way: $500 automatic for military, first responders, and teachers.
And if you do not get approved? Just give us a call or text. We might be able to work with you.
Every form on the site is one of these three: the residential workhorse, the low-friction quick question, and the commercial project starter. All carry compliant consent language, the marketing opt-in is never required, and every one feeds the CRM.

The showcase piece. Keep scrolling slowly: four jobs slide in from the corners, stack in the center, then the last one takes over the whole screen. Built for the Projects page. With animations off it becomes a simple photo grid.
